Computer Skills
	Although I have no formal training on computers, I have used them virtually all my life and 	am relatively competent in their use. I am skilled in the following and am always willing to 	learn additional skills should it be required.
	Microsoft Windows and its main office related programs, most programs I am able to get to 	grips with relativity quickly. Linux, specifically the Ubuntu distribution. Website 	programming and design in XHTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript. MySQL database design and 	use. I am able to build computer's from scratch as well as set up basic networks and diagnose 	problems with most systems.

Serving Customers and using product knowledge to make the sales. EPOS use when selling and also when performing back office work such as repair intake and stock management. Key holder for the shop and safe.

Hobbies & Interests
I enjoy many aspects of music including listening to and collecting records, playing music and going to see live bands on regular occasions. I can play the guitar and have on occasion been a DJ at small local events. My music taste is highly varied and I find more obscure and unusual music a lot more interesting than commercial music. I also have an interest in electronics and have been interested in computers for a long time. This has led me to be especially interested in the internet and its possibilities in the future and have found databases especially intriguing. I program, run and write for a music review website which has been going for a good few years now and has a steadily increasing readership.

Personal Statement
I am a highly motivated and energetic person who is always willing to learn new skills and work with others to expand my knowledge. I am looking for a position which will allow me to gain experience and knowledge from others that will help to progress and allow me to gain a stable career for the future whilst doing a job which I enjoy and for which I can expand on. I wish to be ale to change things for people in small ways, to make my career rewarding and enjoyable.
